The NFL Draft was the main event from April 23-25, and rightfully so. With every franchise needing to upgrade its roster before the next stretch of the offseason/free agency, fans were eager to see the various approaches teams planned to employ. In the days leading up to the draft, though, the were among the organizations that made intriguing free agent roster moves. Specifically, the a 31-year-old former and quarterback to compete with Bryce Young. As the draft draws closer and teams Sean Farrell Jersey fill out their rosters, Cowboys QB Will Grier is signing with Carolina, where he started his NFL career in 2019, ESPNs Adam Schefter reported last Tuesday. Grier now will join a quarterback room that includes Bryce Young and Kenny Pickett. To say that Grier has bounced around the league since 2019 would be an understatement. The 2019 third-round pick started his career with the Carolina Panthers before competing with the Dallas Cowboys (twice), , , , Eagles, and the Panthers again. Despite being a seven-year veteran, Grier has only competed in two NFL games thus far, completing 27 of 44 pa ses for 224 yards against the in 2019 and one of eight pa ses for four yards against the the same season.
